AI interaction and design leadership

Established a guided AI interaction model, then led design as two additional designers joined. Led alignment with another product in the same family. The product later shipped and gained paying customers after I moved to another project.

Designed a knowledge-governance MVP connecting provenance, investigation and correction. The client accepted the direction and praised its precision and detail; this was stakeholder feedback, not production validation.
